Cultural change programmes

Changing an organisation’s culture is often cited as one of the most difficult leadership challenges. It’s often because an organisation’s culture comprises an interlocking set of goals, roles, processes, values, communications practices, attitudes and assumptions that fit together as a mutually reinforcing system which can combine to prevent any attempt to change it. Changing or developing an organisation’s culture may be a large-scale undertaking, but need not be daunting.

We work with our clients on a success strategy, based on positive tools, starting with the creation of a vision or story of the future, ensuring that staff and stakeholder consultation is at the heart of designing the new cultural shape and helping to cement the new culture with the correct tools, such as role definitions, measurement and control systems.
